Solo Practice ($549/mo) includes 5 users and is the next step once you need a fifth, since Solo Attorney tops out at 4. Both include the full Aequis feature set, including AI, trust accounting, and financial calculators for all 50 states + DC.
Every Aequis plan includes the Aequitas AI assistant (with a monthly deep-research allowance by plan), IOLTA trust accounting with three-way reconciliation, financial calculators for all 50 states + DC, court forms and document automation, the client portal, workflow automation, integration connectors, and Field, the phone companion. Each plan includes a set number of users (2, 5, 10, or 20), with caps of 4, 15, 25, and 50. Beyond the included users, extra seats are billed by role: $69/mo for professionals (attorneys, paralegals) and $35/mo for staff (legal assistants, receptionists, billing specialists). Client portal accounts are $15/mo each, billed monthly until canceled. There is no limit on how many you add, and they do not count against your firm's user cap.
