Solo Attorney ($149/mo) is for a solo practitioner with a paralegal — 2 users included. Solo Practice ($549/mo) includes 5 users, making it ideal for an attorney with a small team of paralegals, assistants, or associates. Both include the full Aequis feature set including AI, trust accounting, and financial calculators for all 50 states + DC.

What's included in every plan?

Every Aequis plan includes: Aequitas assistant (unlimited), IOLTA trust compliance with three-way reconciliation, financial calculators for all 50 states + DC, court forms & document automation, client portal, workflow automation, and integration connectors.

How do additional users work?

Each plan includes a generous number of users. Beyond that, extra seats are billed by role: $69/mo for professionals (attorneys, paralegals) and $35/mo for staff (legal assistants, receptionists, billing specialists). Client portal accounts are $15/mo each, billed monthly until canceled — they are unlimited and do not count against your firm's user cap.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
